To make Indonesian nurses globally certified as professionals — bridging Indonesia's healthcare talent with international standards and recognition.
Our Journey
We started to pay attention to the world of nursing standards. Our concern for Indonesian nurses abroad salary was very low — we realized this was because Indonesia did not yet have an international nursing license.
Networked with the Philippines to benchmark a NERS competency education system covering 11 nursing fields — Medical, Surgical, Maternity, Child, Critical, Community, Family, Geriatric, and Palliative Nursing.
